Ingredients

Oats 50gms

4 eggs

Soya chunks 50gms

Paneer 100gm

Mozzarella cheese 20gm

Capsicum 1 mid size , 1 small onion Can add any vegetables of your choice

Salt as per your taste

Method

Step 1

Grind soya chunks and oats into powder Use blender to make paneer more like cheese cream kind of form by using little amount of water or milk while blending

Step 2

Beat all eggs in a bowl and mix powdered oats and soya , blended paneer to it

Step 3

Can add herbs like oregano thyme etc with salt to the mix

Step 4

Add all finally chopped vegetables to the mixture

Step 5

Grease cupcake/ muffin mould with a brush tipped with oil

Step 6

Pre heat oven at c , put little cheese as topping over all muffins and put them in oven for - minutes at same temperature

Step 7

I have not used butter or baking soda in this dish but if you want you can use it
