How to make High protein Low carb pancake 🥰
Step-1
1. Take 5 egg white & 70gms whey in a Mixture & mix them to make a thick paste .
2. Put some sugar free sweetner or syrup in the paste .
3. Heat the pan with 8gms butter
4. Pour the paste in the pan and cover it with lid for 3-4 mins .
5. Flip the pancake carefully and cook it till it gets little brown each side .
6. Enjoy the pancake 😊
