Ingredients for high protein gajar halwa
- › carrot 100 gm
- › paneer 50 gm
- › whey protein vanilla flavour 25 gm
- › cardamom to taste
- › dry fruits to garnish 5 gm
1. Process: 1) mash paneer in luke warm water, till it become milky 2) put the dessolved paneer in a pan, cook on medium flame. 3) when it start steaming add grated carrots to it. 4) cook till carrot get soften and excess water evaporates. 6) once cooking is complete, add whey protein vanilla flavour and mix. 7) garnish with chopped dry fruits 8) enjoy hot.
