Ingredients for High protein Chicken waffles
- › Butter - 5 gms
- › Broccoli - 100gm
- › Whole Egg - 2
- › onions
- › chicken breast 200 gm
Method
1. 1.Beat eggs till frothy. 2.Cut chicken to small cubes and blend it, make keema like paste 3. cut broccoli into tiny pieces 4.Spread butter on waffle maker. Mix all the ingredients together and pour it the waffle maker 5. Let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes. keep checking as the cooking time depends on the waffle maker as well. Don't overcook it otherwise it can burn. It should be slightly soft and juicy inside. Hope you like it. Try and keep me posted !
