Ingredients for High Protein- Banana Shake.
- › 1 scoop Banana Flavour Whey ( you can use any )
- › 75 g Banana
- › 50 g paneer
- › 2-3 Cardmom
- › Stevia ( optional )
- › 150 ml milk
- › Ice cubes
- › Vanilla essence ( optional )
1. Peel a ripe banana 🍌
2. In a mixer , add whey , ice cubes, Cardmom, banana, milk , water, paneer ( if needed).
3. Mix it well , add ice cubes for a thick ice old shake.
4. Serve immediately 😊
