How to make High Protein- Banana Shake.

Step-1

Peel a ripe banana 🍌

Step-2

In a mixer , add whey , ice cubes, Cardmom, banana, milk , water, paneer ( if needed).

Step-3

Mix it well , add ice cubes for a thick ice old shake.

Step-4

Serve immediately 😊
