How to make Herbed rice with chicken and veggies
Step-1
Boil the rice and pan fry the chicken.
Cut the chicken in small cubes once fried.
Step-2
Heat butter add garlic and green chillies. Fry for 2 mins then add all the other veggies (except tomatoes) and let it cook on medium- high for 5-8 mins.
Step-3
Once veggies are cooked , add egg and scramble it. Then add tomatoes and cook for 1 more min.
Add the chicken pieces and mix it.
Step-4
Finally add the boiled rice and give it a good mix. Add salt, oregano and chilli flakes for extra taste.
Let it cook on high for 1 min and then serve hot.
Step-5
Tip: don’t add the tomatoes at the start as they will get soggy. Use slightly raw tomatoes for better taste.
Use lots of garlic for a really good taste.
