Ingredients for Heaven In A Bowl
- › Oats 30 gm
- › Milk 200 ml
- › Mixed fruit 100gm
- › Chia seeds 1 tbsp
- › Muesli for crunch 10 gms
- › Whey protein powder 1 scoop
1. Soak chia seeds in 5-6 tbsp of water for 15 minutes.
2. In the meantime, boil milk and oats together. When oats are cooked put off the flame.
3. Put in a bowl add whey protein (any flavour of your choice), chia seeds, muesli mix. Enjoy!!!
