How to make Healthy Soya Granules Poha

Step-1

Soak Poha in water for 2-3 mins

Step-2

Drain out all the water

Step-3

Soak Soya Granules in water

Step-4

Add Ghee/butter in utensil

Step-5

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard seeds

Step-6

Add all the chopped vegetables

Step-7

Add chopped onion and roast for 2-3 mins

Step-8

Add all other chopped vegetables and spices and roast for 1-2 mins

Step-9

Drain out water from soya granules and add it

Step-10

Roast the mixture for 4-5 mins

Step-11

Add dried out Poha and mix everything for 1-2 mins

Step-12

Tasty Poha is ready. You can add lemon also as per your taste.
