Healthy Pizza (Whole-wheat bread)

Green & Yellow Capsicum - 60 gms
Sweet Corn - 40 gms
Cheese slices - 4
Whole-wheat Bread - 4 slice (approx. 120 gms)
Butter - 10 gms
Tomato - 1 medium size (approx. 80 gms)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Spices: Coriander Powder, Black Pepper, Oregano
Milk - 2 teaspoon & Tomato Ketchup - 4 teaspoon
Direction
Step-1
First we make the pizza sauce. Saute the ginger garlic paste for a minute in a pan. Then add the tomato puree and heat for 2 mins on medium flame.
Step-2
Add tomato ketchup, milk and the spices. Keep moving for 2 mins. Then take out the pizza sauce in a separate bowl
Step-3
Put butter equally on all bread slices (smear the butter more in edges and less in centre)
Step-4
Spread the pizza sauce equally on the centre of bread slices. Sprinkle the finely chopped capsicums and boiled sweet corn on all the breads equally
Step-5
Break the each cheese slice in smaller parts and place in the centre of each bread slice. Do not let the cheese go on the edges
Step-6
Pre heat the oven at 180 C and put the 4 slices on a baking tray inside the oven for just 3 mins (good enough time for cheese to properly melt but not become runny)
Step-7
Take out the bread and keep aside for 5 mins for cheese to set. Enjoy with tea / milk shake
