Ingredients for Healthy Fancy Burrito
- › for Chicken Marination Ginger garlic paste ( 1 tsp) Turmeric powder ( 1tsp) Jeera powder ( 1tsp) Garam masala ( 1tsp) Oregano ( 1tsp) Salt ( 1tsp) Plain vinegar ( 1tsp) for Rice n veggis Rice ( 45gm) Broccoli Spinach Cabbage Beans (2 ) Coriander leaves Capsicum For Salad Cucumber
1. Add n heat 2.5 ml oil on a grilled pan, grill the chicken until golden n nice on both sides. Lightly blanch the Spinach, Beans ,Broccoli n Cabbage in hot water. On the same pan add 2.5 ml oil,stir fry the veggies with salt n pepper, add boiled rice n mix well, add coriander leaves n mix. Before switching off add 3 ml ghee , mix n serve with hot smoky grilled chicken n refreshing cucumbers😋
