50 g whole wheat
100 g shrimp
100 g veggies (capsicum+onion)
10 g oil
seasoning: 1/4 teaspoon each of chili powder, cumin powder, salt

Step-1
marinate the shrimp and veggies with the seasoning
Step-2
heat oil and add the above ingredients and saute till the shrimp are cooked.
Step-3
add water to the whole wheat aata and make a dough. make 2 rotis out of the dough
Step-4
add the shrimp and veggies to the roti
