Ingredients for healthy chole
- › saunf 1 teaspoon
- › jeera 1 teaspoon
- › tomato paste 1 tablespoon
- › chole 100 g dry weight
- › salt to taste
- › chole masala 2 tablespoon
- › coriander for garnish
Method
1. boil the chole until soft in a pressure cooker with salt to taste
2. dry roast jeera and saunf
3. add the tomato paste and chole powder
4. saute for 1 minute and then add 1/2 cup water
5. add in the boiled chole. mix well.
6. taste for salt and add water to get the consistency you like.
7. garnish with coriander
