  • Recipe Ingredients listtomato paste 1 tablespoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listchole 100 g dry weight
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listchole masala 2 tablespoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listcoriander for garnish

Direction

Step-1

boil the chole until soft in a pressure cooker with salt to taste

Step-2

dry roast jeera and saunf

Step-3

add the tomato paste and chole powder

Step-4

saute for 1 minute and then add 1/2 cup water

Step-5

add in the boiled chole. mix well.

Step-6

taste for salt and add water to get the consistency you like.

garnish with coriander
