- saunf 1 teaspoon
- jeera 1 teaspoon
- tomato paste 1 tablespoon
- chole 100 g dry weight
- salt to taste
- chole masala 2 tablespoon
- coriander for garnish
boil the chole until soft in a pressure cooker with salt to taste
dry roast jeera and saunf
add the tomato paste and chole powder
saute for 1 minute and then add 1/2 cup water
add in the boiled chole. mix well.
taste for salt and add water to get the consistency you like.
garnish with coriander
