Ingredients for Healthy Breakfast : Soya Omlette(High in Protein) Filling breakfast.
- › Ingredients : Ghee - 7gms, Soya - 20 gms, Eggs - 4 , 10gm Onion, Green chilli, Black salt, black pepper.
1. Keep soya for 20 mins in hot water and squeeze all the excess water. Chop it using a chopper along with onion. Stir the eggs, chopped soya and onion till the batter becomes light.(Should not take more than 2mins). Add the salt and spices as per your taste and mix it well. Heat the ghee in the pan and pour the batter. Keep the flame low. Flip the omlette after one side is properly cooked. Tadaaaaa, Omlette is ready😁
