How to make Healthy bowl
Step-1
For marination:
add curd,spices like coriander powder, chilli and
cumin powder and salt , mix well and the chicken pieces and keep it for 1 hour
2. For herbed rice : add butter in pan and add the dries herbs and cooked rice and add salt for taste and sauté for few mins
On grill pan add butter and salt and add the veggies , cook for 10 mins
On the pan prepare egg(as per your choice)
Chicken preparation: add butter to a grill pan(or normal pan) and directly add the marinated chicken to pan and cook it for 15 to 20 mins(enough to have a juicy cooked chicken)
Final step:assemble every thing in a bowl and enjoy!!
