Healthy Atta Protein Cake
- 1 Cup (50-60gms) Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 TSP Olive Oil
- 20 gms Jaggery
- 1/4 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/2 TSP Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein
- 20 gms Cashew Nuts
- 20 gms Almonds
- 20 gms Pumpkin Seeds
In one Bowl add Curd, Jaggery & Olive Oil
Whisk it till the whole batter becomes consistent or liquidy
In this batter add then in a Sieve add Wheat Flour, Baking Powder & Baking Soda
Mix the batter in Cut n Fold pattern
Add Whey Protein, Cinnamon powder, Cocoa Powder and other dry fruits which are chopped.
Again follow the Cut n Fold pattern to mix the batter.
Take a pressure cooker add sand at the bottom and keep a ring over. Let it heat for sometime. It is better to keep it heating from the time you have started to prepare for the batter.
Now take the round pan grease it with sufficient amount of butter and pour the batter to less than half of the size of the mould pan. As pouring more would cause the cake to come out of the mould.
Keep this mould on the ring inside the cooker and cover the lid without the whistle. Cook it for another 40-45 mins on low flame.
After 40 mins take out the lid to check the cake and if it is cooked take it out of the mould. And eat with your loved ones.
You can decorate the cake with liquid chocolate or cream.
