- Butter 10gm
- Potato peeled 150gm
- herbs oregano,chilly flakes,salt,black pepper
- Garlic minced
Cut parallel slits into the potato, stopping just before you cut through the whole,So that the slices stay at the base of potato.
take a pan add butter,herb,garlic and melt it for few seconds
Brush the potato with melted butter thoroughly on the surface of and also in between the slices.
pre heat the oven on 200°C and bake the potato for 20-25 min or longer till they become crispy.
In between baking you can keep checking and refreshing the butter over it.
season it with chilly flakes,lemon or slice of orange.
