How to make Hariyali rajma tikkis

Step-1

Soak rajma for 6 hours

Step-2

Transfer the soaked rajma to a blender. Add all the other ingredients except onion.

Step-3

Blend the ingredients into a nice smooth texture avoiding grainy feel without adding water

Step-4

Add onions and besan if needed to the mixture

Step-5

Add any spices you would like

Step-6

Roll into patties and roast on tawa

Serve hot with some chutney
