How to make Hara Masala Prawns
Step-1
Add Coriander, garlic Chilli, salt and 1 tsp oil into blender
Step-2
Blend until the mixture is consistency of paste and smooth texture
Tip: Add some water if the mixture is difficult to blend
Step-3
Transfer the "masala" in the mixture and saute with 3gm oil
Step-4
Cook masala mixture until the oil separate from masala
Step-5
Add Prawns in a stir fry on high heat for 7 minutes - Please do not overcook your Prawns as they will become rubbery in texture
Step-6
Serve with hot Naan or rice
