40gm-Wheat noodles
120gm-Chicken Breast(Marinated with spices of your choice)
5gm-Oil
10gm-Boiled Corn (optional)
1-Cheese cube
Blanch Spinach and Purée it. Set aside. . In a pan, add oil and stir fry the chicken until cooked. I usually marinate my chicken with rosemary,pepper,chilly flakes,oregano and a dash of lime. . In a large bowl, boil the noodles. . For the sauce, add butter and flour to the pan and slowly add the milk. Whisk this mixture thoroughly to remove the lumps. . Grate cheese and add chilly flakes,oregano and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture until thick. . Add the puréed spinach to this sauce along with the chicken, boiled corn and noodles and mix it well. . Garnish with cheese shreds or shezwan sauce. Enjoy 😋
