Ingredients for Hara bhara pulao 🍛
- › Rice 35 gms
- › Shrimp 50 gms
- › Vegetables 150 gms
- › Ghee / butter / oil 10 gms
- › Dry spices
- › Spices as per taste
Method
1. Take a pan, heat oil 10 gms.
2. Add spices and saute onions, green chillies and other seasonal vegetables as per your choice.
3. Stir fry and add spices and stir again. Now add shrimps and let it cook with the vegetable mixture.
4. Now add rice and let it cook.
5. Take bell pepper or capsicums. Slice off the top and remove the seeds.
6. Stuff the prepared mixture in the bell pepper and put it in the oven. Let it roast for 10~ 15 mins. Or saute in some pan.
7. Bake them and serve it hot.
