Ingredients for Halloumi Sandwich
- › 1 Wholemeal Thins (~ 2 slices - 100 cal)
- › 30 gm Iceberg Lettuce
- › 25 gm Raw sliced Tomato
- › 40 gm Halloumi
- › Dry Spices ( Cumin pwder -Rosemary)
- › 10 gm Sauce ( Mayo- Chilly sauce ) (optional)
1. Dry fry / grill the cheese slices by applying the dry spices. You dont need additional salt here as this particular cheese is already very salty in taste.
2. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a pan.
3. Arrange the lettuce leaves and sliced tomato on a slice of toasted thin then the spice grilled halloumi.
4. Drizzle your choice of sauce or some olive oil. Based on your preference eat it as an open / closed sandwich.
