- 1 Wholemeal Thins (~ 2 slices - 100 cal)
- 30 gm Iceberg Lettuce
- 25 gm Raw sliced Tomato
- 40 gm Halloumi
- Dry Spices ( Cumin pwder -Rosemary)
- 10 gm Sauce ( Mayo- Chilly sauce ) (optional)
Dry fry / grill the cheese slices by applying the dry spices. You dont need additional salt here as this particular cheese is already very salty in taste.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a pan.
Arrange the lettuce leaves and sliced tomato on a slice of toasted thin then the spice grilled halloumi.
Drizzle your choice of sauce or some olive oil. Based on your preference eat it as an open / closed sandwich.
