- 65g milk powder
- 35g white flour
- 10g curd
- 25g milk+4g white vinegar/lemon juice
- a pinch baking soda
- a pinch salt
- 200g water + 50g Erithrytol + 2tablets sugarfree
Mix milk powder, flour, baking soda, salt, curd , milk, vinegar and knead a dough.
Divide into 12g balls each . air fry at 160deg for 15 mins.
Boil water, sweeteners, saffron and elaichi to a rolling boil. Drop jamuns in it and rest for 5-6 hours.
