50 gms Raw Rice
30 gm Mixed Dal( toor, urad and channa)
100 gm Grated bottlegourd (lauki)
10 gm Ghee
for the Tadka mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaf
pinch of turmeric
ginger chilli paste
salt as per taste

Step-1
Soak the Dal and Rice for 3 hours
Step-2
grind to fine paste and let it ferment for 3 hours
Step-3
mix the grated lauki, turmeric pwd, ginger chilli paste and salt and mix it well

heat the nonstick pan
Step-5
pour the ghee, then mustard seed , sesame seed and curry leaf
Step-6
let it splutter then pour the batter
Step-7
allow it to cook on both sides on slow flame
Step-8
let it crisp and golden
Step-9
serve with your favourite green chutney
