Soya Flour : 20 gm
Curd : 20 gm
Ghee: 15 gm
Any artificial sweetener
Direction
Step-1
Take Soya Flour and add curd into it. Cover it and keep it aside for a few hours (5 to 6 hours)
Step-2
Make sugar syrup with sugar free adding little water
Step-3
Use any bag and fill it with soya and curd batter
Step-4
Take ghee in a small pan and heat it
Step-5
Now pour the jalebi batter in the oil. Dip it in the sugar syrup and serve hot
