Ingredients for Gud Makhana ( Sweet and healthy Fox Nuts)
- › 30 gm roasted makhana
- › 35 gm jaggery
- › chat masala to taste
- › coconut oil or butter 10gm
1. roast makhana slowly and make sure its crunchy. add 10 gm coconut oil or butter in a non stick pan, when its a little hot or melts, add 10gm grated coconut. (optional). add jaggery 35gm and mix for 30 secs. add 3 tablespoons og water and cook it for 3-4 mins on medium high flame. u know thr jaggery is don when it sticks on a knife when u insert it. now lay over(pour) this mixture on roasted makhana and add some chat masala. mix well so that elemtns blend together. u can remove individual pcs and store it to upto fortnight and consume as a sweet dish after meals, but just 3-4 pcs. remember, its addictive.
