Ingredients for Grilled Soya Pepper
- › soya
- › paneer
- › bell pepper
- › onion
- › black pepper
- › salt
- › orgeno
- › chaat masala
- › lemon on choice
- › onion
Method
1. Soak soya on lukewarm water for 10 minutes then grind it.
2. In frypan, add ghee , when ghee heat up, add all veggie and soya and paneer and all ingredients and saute it.
3. Add this mixture to bell pepper and grill it to 15 mins on 250 temperature
4. Sprinkle Orgeno and lemon.. and serve it.
