Ingredients for GRILLED PANEER VEGETABLES
- › Paneer- 100gm Curd- 100gm Onion- 50gm Capsicum- 70gm Brocolli- 100gm Multigrain bread- 25gm Spices of your choice
1. -Marinate paneer and cubes of vegetables in 1-2 tablespoon curd and spices of an hour or two. -Grill them in tandoor/ griller or non stick pan. -Blend curd with mint (I like the cooling effect) -Multigrain bread is ready to eat. -Enjoy the meal!!!
