Grilled paneer in mushroom sauce
- Mushroom- 50gms
- Curd - 100gms
- Soya sauce- 10gms
- Psyllium husk - 10gms
- Cottage cheese/Paneer- 100gms
- 100gm saute (kale/lettuce) in 10gm oil
For mushroom sauce Take 50gms of mushroom ,curd,soya sauce ,add 2 green chillies,a pinch of salt and cummin powder.Blend them all along with a spoon (10gms) psyllium husk .Add a cup (200ml) of water.Bring it all to a boil for 10mins.
Grill 100 gms of cottage cheese and saute 100gms of vegetables .Serve with the sauce.
