Ingredients for Grilled Masala Chicken
- › Chicken breast 150 grams
- › Madras curry powder 2 tea spoon (you get in market or can be prepared at home)
- › Garlic steam chopped 4 to 5
- › Curry leaves 10 to 12 chopped
- › Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
- › Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 tea spoon
- › Salt as per taste
Method
1. Measure and wash chicken breast.
2. Add Madras curry powder along with chopped garlic,curry leaves, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt
3. Mix everything well and keep it for 30 mins
4. Preheat your OTG oven for 5 mins and grill the chicken for 10 mins at 200 temperature
5. Server it with fresh mint chutney. ENJOY!
