Ingredients for Grilled Garlic Chicken & Pan Fried Rice
- › Chicken boneless Rice Red chilly powder Turmeric powder Chopped garlic Lemon juice Salt Garlic butter
Method
1. Chicken : Marinate chicken overnight in a paste of lemon,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and 1 spoon curd. To cook- Coat pan with butter and place chicken. Cook for 40-50seconds on each side. It’s ready. Rice: Boil rice. Use same pan ab above and add some cumin seeds,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and fry rice.
