Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list5g olive oil
  • Recipe Ingredients listDried Rosemary/Thyme/Oregano
  • Recipe Ingredients list100g spinach
  • Recipe Ingredients list1tsp minced garlic

Direction

Step-1

Marinate fish with garlic powder, oil and herbs

Step-2

Let that sit for about 30 mins

Step-3

Set grill to medium/medium- high heat, if you’re hungry and impatient like I was(You may also use an oven-Preheat oven)

Step-4

I used a panini press and let my fish cook for 7 minutes. If you’re using an oven, it might take about 10 minutes per inch thickness (of the fish)

Step-5

Plate that beauty and voila!

Step-6

While the fish is cooking, you may want to sauté a side of greens (I used spinach)

Step-7

Toss your greens in a wok

Step-8

Add minced garlic (and salt if you’d like)

Step-9

Cover and let it cook for a few minutes
