Ingredients for grilled chicken thigh
- › chicken drumstick (taken a whole thigh here - 200gms)
- › Greek yogurt (plain) - 100gms
- › chilly powder( Kashmiri)- 1/2tbsp
- › salt as per taste
- › black pepper 1/4th tbsp
- › cumin powder 1/2tbsp
- › kasuri methi (powdered) 1/2tbsp
Method
1. wash the chicken properly
2. marinate adding yougurt and all the spices
3. keep it aside for 15 mins
4. you can either grill or shallow fry it I have grilled it and the calories are for the grilled proportion.
5. note- shallow fry each side for 7 mins. grilling was done in a grill pan so took 7-8 mins each side
6. please keep the flame on low or you will burn the chicken
