Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Salad
- › Fresh chicken breast boneless
- › Herb
- › lettuce,Red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper
- › lemon
- › Garlic
- › Black pepper
- › salt
Method
1. Take 150gm chicken breast and clean it.
2. Prepare it for marination by removing if skin there.
3. you can make some slit on it or just prick it with fork.
4. For marination- take 10ml olive oil. Add salt,black pepper,lemon juice, finely chopped garlic to it mix it.
5. Rub this marination over chicken breat. and let it set for 15min.
6. Marinating it after 15-20min just grill it on non stick pan/grill. I am nit adding any additional oil for grilling it.
7. add all the lettuces you like place grilled chicken over it ,squeeze some sweet-lemon/lemon 🍋
8. tadaa ready to eat!🍽👩🍳
