Ingredients

Chicken Breast (100gms)

Broccoli, Carrots, Beans

Rice (100gms cooked)

Salt, Pepper, garlic, onions, mushrooms, lemon juice and choice of seasonings

Olive Oil

Method

Step 1

Chicken - Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper and lemon juice for a minimum of minutes (marinade overnight for best results). Toss it with mushroom sauce if eating immediately or keep it separate if planning your meals ahead.

Step 2

Veggies - Boil and saute your choice of vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper (you can also add chili flakes, oregano or any other seasonings)

Step 3

Mushroom Sauce - Roast onions, Garlic, mushrooms in over/pan. Grind it with a little water while adding a little salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Serve with cooked rice and enjoy!
