How to make grilled and then stir fried stuffed karela ( bitter gourd)
Step-1
Slightly Peel the outer skin of karela
Step-2
Put a slit in centre from head to tail and leaves the other side intact. Scoop out the pulp as much possible
Step-3
Now make paste of onion, ginger garlic , chilli and tomatoes and add salt , turmeric, garam masala and raw mango powder
Step-4
Cook the paste without oil till dry (6-8 minutes)
Now cool down the paste and mix the scooped pulp in it.
Step-5
Stuff the karelas and grill at 200 degrees for 10 minutes on top rack
Step-6
Now heat oil in a pan , stir fry stuffed and grilled bitter gourd and serve hot with chapati or steamed rice
