How to make Greenie Minced Chicken
Step-1
Mince the chicken in the mixer and add it to the pan along with oil and cook it thoroughly. Take it out in a bowl.
Step-2
In the same pan, add remaining oil, grated onion and ginger garlic chilli paste and sauté for about a minute. Now add all the green leaves and sauté for a minute. Bring in the minced chicken and add all the dry spices. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Have it with chapati/rice
