Ingredients for Green protein smoothie
- › Handful of spinach and kale leaves Some lettuce Little piece of ginger Whey protein - 1 scoop (I use vanilla flavour) Plain Greek yogurt(High protein, 0 fat) - 100gms 0 calories maple syrup for extra sweetness or any sweetener can be used Unsweetened almond milk - 50ml
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and churn for 30secs. Smoothie is ready to serve!
