Ingredients for Green Paneer Sandwich
- › 100 grams paneer
- › 100 grams Green veggies ( cabbage & capsicum)
- › 50 grams coriander or more
- › 1 green chilli
- › Salt and pepper
- › 40 grams bread
1. Grind in a mixer paneer ,coriander , veggies and chilli all together by adding 10-15 ml water to make the paste smooth and thick.
2. Add salt and pepper as per taste
3. Now spread the paste on bread slice and grill it in a toaster with some butter.
4. Enjoy the quick and yummy paneer paste sandwiches.
