Green moong peas chilla
- 25gm whole green moong pulses
- 50gm green peas
- 5gm ghee
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Green chillies 1-2
Wash and soak whole green moong in water for 2-3 hours. Peel peas and soak them in water as well.
Before cooking, drain water from both. in a blender, add the soaked moong dal, peas, asafoetida, lime juice, roasted cumin seeds, salt and chillies. Blend all well with little water.
Heat a non-stick pan and add the ghee. Put the batter and fry on medium flame on both sides. Serve hot with curd/mustard sauce/ketchup.
