Green moong dal sprouts tadka
- Sprouted moong 200gm
- Ghee 5gm
- chopped onion 50gm
- Amul fresh cream 20gm
- Whole red chillies 2-3
- Bay leaves 2
pressure cook sprouted moong for 3-4 whistles. don't drain the water.
In a pan, add ghee, bay leaves, red chillies, cumin seeds and onion. fry all well.
Add the boiled dal with the water. add turmeric, red chilli, roasted cumin masala, dry mango and garam masala powder.
add salt and let it cook. add kasuri methi (optional). add fresh cream once done.
