Sprouted moong 200gm
Ghee 5gm
chopped onion 50gm
Amul fresh cream 20gm
Whole red chillies 2-3
Bay leaves 2
Direction
Step-1
pressure cook sprouted moong for 3-4 whistles. don't drain the water.
Step-2
In a pan, add ghee, bay leaves, red chillies, cumin seeds and onion. fry all well.
Step-3
Add the boiled dal with the water. add turmeric, red chilli, roasted cumin masala, dry mango and garam masala powder.
Step-4
add salt and let it cook. add kasuri methi (optional). add fresh cream once done.
