How to make Green Masala Dosa
Soak moong dal in water for sometime and churn into a paste and keep aside
For masala: boil aloo and mash them
add 5gm ghee in pan, add onion, sarson seeds, green chilly and kari patta and sauté
add tomato, salt, turmeric, salt and red chilly powder
mix well and finally add mashed potato
for dosa- grease the tawa with ghee and spread the moong dal paste and cook on both sides
add the masala onto the dosa and ready to eat!
