  • Recipe Ingredients listGreen gram or green mung dal 50 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listOlive oil 5 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listDiced small Onion, cut Green chillies, Dash of whole cumin seeds, Coriander leaves cut in to small pieces, Pinch of baking soda and Salt as per your taste.

Direction

Step-1

Soak moong dal/ green gram over night and grind to thick paste.

Step-2

Now add all your favorite vegetables or above mentioned ingredients in the batter.

Step-3

Heat the Paniyaram pan on high heat and add oil and drop a table spoon of batter in each space in the Paniyaram pan.

Step-4

Cover and turn the heat to medium. Turn them after 5 min and cook for another 5 mins

Step-5

Serve with your favorite chutney !
