Chicken 100 gm
Buttet 10 gm
Coriander 100 gm
Mint leaves 10gm
Cloves 3-4
Green cardamom 2-3
Black cardamom 1
Cumin seeds 1/2 tspn
Cinnamon 1/2stick
Black pepper 1/4 tspn
Green chillies 3-4
Salt as per taste
Lemin juice 2tspn
Direction
Step-1
In a blender add all ingredients including butter except chicken and blend well.
Add little water to paste if consistency is thick.
Marinate chicken with paste and set aside for 1/2 n hour.
Put non stick pan on low heat and add marinated chicken and cook it covered on low heat till tender.
Serve it with rice or chapati.
