How to make Green Chicken Skewers
Step-1
Cut and clean the chicken breast in small strips and pound it nicely.
Step-2
Marinate it with ginger garlic paste and kept aside for 10 minutes
Step-3
Meanwhile, in a mixer, add spinach, coriander leaves, peanuts, lime juice, chilly and salt and grind it to make a paste and marinate the chicken with this too
Step-4
Insert the chicken pieces unto the skewers and let it cook in nonstick pan for about 5-7 minutes or until it's done.
