How to make Greek Gemista

Step-1

Heat some ghee in a pan and stir fry onions and all finely chopped veggies

Step-2

Add crushed paneer or stir-fried chicken/any protein cut in very small pieces

Step-3

Add cooked rice and tomato pulp and mix like fried rice

Step-4

Cut off the cap of bell peppers and coat inside and outside with some ghee

Step-5

Fill in the loaded fried rice

Step-6

Bake on 150 degrees for 25 mins
