Ingredients for Gram Flour Dhokla
- › Gram Flour
- › curd
- › sugar
- › salt
- › oil
- › Eno
- › Hing
- › grated ginger
- › coriander chopped
1. ingredients- Besan 50 gm sugar 1.5 gm for batter + 2.5 gm for tadka ginger grated 2 gm curd 105 gm Eno 1/2 packet oil 3gm for batter + 2 gm for tadka salt as per taste (hing + rai + green chilli + coriander leaves) for tadka Method- Mix all ingredients, add water to make it like runny batter (Except tadka) n then take oil add eno in it & mix in batter, bubble will come then put it into container & steam. Let it cook in the meanwhile take one pan prepare tadka with remaining oil, hing, rai, green chilli, coriander leaves, Now add 1 cup water & remaining sugar in tadka. check steamed dhokla once it is cooked pour the liquid on hot dhokla. Enjoy.
