- 250 gms of Cauliflower Florets
- 10 gm Oats
- 10 gms Rice Flour
- 5 gm Corn Flour
- 100 gm of Capsicum (mixed colors)
- 10 gm spring onion greens
- 10 gm minced ginger garlic
- 50 gm Onion sliced
- 10 gm Green chilly sliced
- 10 gm oil
- Pepper, chilly powder , garam masala, salt
- 15 gm of ( Tomato & Spicy chilly sauce)
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
In a blender andd together all flours along with spices and salt and a little water blend to make a thick batter.
Pour the batter over the cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl and turn them gently till they coated well.
Now line the coated florets on a prepped baking tray. Place them in a preheated oven and cook for 25-30 mins at 250 degrees.
In the mean time take a wok style pan add in oil along with onion, minced ginger garlic , chillies saute for 4-5 mins till onion are soft.
Now add in sliced capsicum and a little salt sate till capsicum are slightly cooked but not too soft. Now add in the prepped cauli florets along with the sauce mixture toss them a little adjust for spice and salt. Add in a little sprinkle of water if you like it saucy instead of dry.
Garnish with spring onion greens and enjoy.
